BEING HEALTHY DURING STUDY

First , all you need to do ust wake up in the morning. Then you stretching for 10 minutes. After that, you take a bath. Don’t be afraid of cold water, because it will make you feeling fresh. Don’t forget to wear your clothes. Do not wear any weird shirt or pants, because you would not come to any mall or park. Please wear the apropriate ones.

When you were breakfast, make sure that you eat a vegeatables. Do not eat to much carbohydrate, because it'll make you feel sleepy when you are at the class and you going to toilet for unspoken reason. If it's necessary you have to drink a milk.

After you finish at your home/boarding room now you ready to go to campus. Before you leave your home/boarding room make sure that you wear wear pair of shoes. Do not wear any sandals just wear your sneakers. Because you will walk all the way to your campus. Don’t use any vehicles like a motorcycles or a cars, because it’s not good for your health.

When you arrives at your campus and you want to go to your class room, don’t use a elevator. Use a stairs whereever your room are just use a stairs.

If you doing this everyday, I believe you will become healthy during your study.
